To enroll in a CFP® education program with one of our university partners, please click on the applicable "download" button from the list below and continue to save and print the enrollment form.  Each form contains information on how to enroll with that particular university, with the exception of NYU; the NYU link will take you directly to the universty website to complete the enrollment process.
