This education program is required after you have filed for bankruptcy.  This is not a credit counseling course.  This is a personal financial management course required prior to discharge of debts through bankruptcy. Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code.  Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services.
