The Dalton Education Diversity Initiative provides up to $3,500 for our CFP® certification education courses.

Eligibility requirements
Must be looking to pursue a career in the financial planning field.
Must have an undergraduate or advanced degree, or be within 60 hours of an undergraduate degree (Junior or Senior).
From an underrepresented population in terms of gender, race or ethnicity, AND/OR active military or veteran or a spouse of an active military or veteran.
Must confirm to not have completed any prior CFP® certification education requirements.

Financial assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The award amount varies and depends on the program. Up to $3500 will be awarded for Instructor-Led Online programs, and up to $2000 will be awarded for Self Study programs.

Yes, any balance that remains after the award has been applied can be divided into six payments.
You must sign a promissory note to pay tuition over six payments. Payment due dates are listed on your promissory note and will depend on your program.
There is a $175 administrative fee. If there are any taxes based on your state, those are included in the payment plan. Payment plans are interest-free.
There is a grace period of five days beyond the due date to resolve any outstanding payments. For Guarantee to Pass™ students, late payments beyond five days void the guarantee.
